Meet Mark Sposen
Mark founded Sposen Homes in 1993 with a conviction that the custom home process should be transparent, collaborative, and rewarding. After earning a degree in construction management from the University of Florida, he spent five years learning every trade on residential job sites before taking on his first custom build. Over three decades later, Mark remains the final set of eyes on every project before keys are handed over. He is a licensed certified building contractor (CBC #CBC008854), a member of the NAHB, and a past president of the Collier Building Industry Association.
