Commission Opportunities
Earn a 3% commission on the base price of new home construction purchases, plus an additional 1% commission on buyer-selected upgrades at the time of contract for on-your-lot sales.
Includes:
- 3% commission on the base home price
- Additional 1% commission on qualifying upgrades
- Commission paid to your active, licensed broker
- Inventory home commissions paid as outlined in the MLS
4% After 4
The more Sposen homes you sell, the more you can earn. Registered Strivers are tracked for 12 months from their initial registration date. After your fourth sale during that period, additional qualifying sales earn a 1% bonus on the base price of the home.
Includes:
- 12-month qualification period
- First four sales count toward eligibility
- Additional 1% bonus beginning after the fourth sale
- Bonus calculated on the base price of qualifying homes
- Standard commission rules still apply
