Founded in 1993

The First Promise

Mark Sposen broke ground on his first custom home in Naples, Florida with a single promise: every client deserves a home that reflects who they are.

2000 — Milestone

First 50 Homes

Reached the milestone of 50 completed custom homes — each one unique, each one a testament to the relationships built along the way.

2005 — Growth

Expanding Vision

Expanded into pool design and construction, becoming a true single-source custom home and pool builder across Southwest Florida.

Our Founder

Meet Our Founder

Mark Sposen founded the company in 1993 with a conviction that the custom home process should be transparent, collaborative, and rewarding. After earning a degree in construction management from the University of Florida, he spent five years learning every trade before taking on his first custom build.

Over three decades later, Mark remains the final set of eyes on every project before keys are handed over. He is a licensed certified building contractor (CBC #CBC008854) and a past president of the Collier Building Industry Association.
