On every new home construction purchase, Sposen Signature Homes pays the referring broker a 3% commission of the base price — plus an additional 1% on any upgrades your client chooses along the way.
Sposen pays the referring broker a 3% commission on the base price of new home construction, less any site prep costs, permit and impact fees, and non-profitable allowances such as seawalls, docks, wells, or septic systems. An additional 1% commission is paid on any upgrades your client selects at time of contract. On inventory home purchases, commission follows the rate listed in the MLS.
