Your home is built to last. And backed when you need us.
Every new home needs care, and occasionally, something may need our attention. Fortunately, your Sposen home includes a one-year in-house builder warranty. Your Sposen Warranty Handbook will help you understand what’s covered, what falls under regular homeowner maintenance, and what to do when you need support.

Something not quite right? Let us know.
For non-emergency warranty requests, submit your claim through Buildertrend using the website or mobile app. Include as much information as possible about the issue so our team can understand what’s happening and determine the next step.
Use the guides below for step-by-step instructions on submitting your request from desktop or mobile.
For air-conditioning, electrical, or plumbing emergencies, use the emergency contact list provided at closing.

Keep it handy. You’ll probably come back to it more than once.
A little know-how goes a long way.
Homes need care long after the boxes are unpacked. These guides cover some of the everyday maintenance and small fixes that can help you protect your home, keep things working properly, and know when an issue needs professional attention.
Get to know your new pool.
A pool school orientation is part of the verification walk. If you did not receive this orientation, please email warranty@sposenhomes.com to schedule within 48 hours of closing.
